RAJAT JOSHI
Advocate Rajat Joshi is the founding member of B2J Law Associates. He is a graduate in B. Com from Delhi University, holding a LLB from Lloyd Law college. His expertise covers Property law, Matrimonial law, Criminal and civil matters. He is a well known and prominent practitioner in RERA matters, NCLT matters, cheque bounce cases, bail matters, property matters and Family matters. He has successfully delt with various cases pertaining to the matters relating to Writ petition, Trasfer petition, NCLT petition, DRT matters, eviction matters, matrimonial/ family matters, FIR against individual builder company for cheating and fraud, Consumer complaints, civil suits of declaration, injunction, partition of the property, Sucession matters and other related property matters.

He regularly represents several individual and private company's before various courts and forums in multiple jurisdictions across the country, including in Gautam Budh Nagar, Delhi and Allahabad. He regularly appears before the GautamBudhNagar, Delhi District Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, RERA Tribunal, DRT Tribunal and Rent control Tribunal.Apart from this he assist client's in property verification, title search of the property, drafting of legal deeds such as agreements, will deed , gift deed , mutation and other drafts related to property.
NIWAS SHARMA
Advocate Niwas Kumar Sharma, a distinguished legal professional and a founding member of B2J Law Associates, holds a notable reputation for his expertise in diverse legal domains. A graduate in Political Science, he further pursued his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the prestigious Lloyd Law College. He is duly enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has established himself as an adept and resourceful advocate with three years of extensive experience. Advocate Sharma’s practice areas encompass Real Estate, Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Laws. His versatility and commitment to excellence have enabled him to provide comprehensive legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients. With a commendable record of advocacy, he has represented clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, District Courts, and other subordinate courts. A significant highlight of Advocate Sharma’s legal career is his instrumental role in securing relief for aggrieved homebuyers. He successfully filed and argued a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, advocating for the protection of homebuyers who were unjustly burdened with loan repayment obligations despite not having received possession of their housing units.
